Imagine you come home one day to find your cat or dog laying in the front yard with no skin and dying. What would your first reactions be? Scream, cry, call 911?
You call your friend and tell them what just happened and that your cat or dog isn't going to live, but they're doing all they can to save it. And you tell them how mad you are and hurt that somebody could do that. Your friend mentions that it's happening all over town. Dogs and cats are being found skinned and partially alive. Someone is doing it, but who? And why? And how could they? You think of how the other owners must feel and you remember how you felt seeing your animal laying there dying. You're going to help stop this! But how?
